Cambodian influential person

Updated: May 22, 2021

Cambodia Chen Zhi is a very influential person in the nation. He prefers to keep a low profile, so little is known about him. He has contributed to the development of Cambodia through donations, gifts, and land investments as a result of his tireless efforts.

2020 will be a year of global adversity due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The Covid-19 pandemic has killed millions of people around the world. Cambodia was not immune to the pandemic. Cambodia was also struck by a major flood disaster at the same time.

The Prince Group has been a major donor to the relief effort since April. He is credited with launching these charitable efforts, which include a $3 million gift to Prime Minister Hun Sen for the purchase of one million Covid-19 vaccines.

Prince Group declared a $3 million donation to support anti-pandemic efforts in Cambodia in February 2021. The total contribution to combat Covid-19 will be $6,000,000, including the initial vaccine donation last year.

Food was given to 804 families and 234 police officers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, as a result of these donations. The pandemic has had an effect on these people. Chen Zhi's donation will help the Cambodian government vaccinate at least 80% of the country's nearly 13 million population as part of the ESG strategy.

In addition to monetary contributions, Cambodians Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and Prince Group invested in Cambodian capability growth. Cambodians are well-versed in handwoven silk and traditional Khmer craftsmanship. Neak Oknha Chen Zhi is often overheard praising Cambodia's economic achievements. The pandemic's catastrophic effects on people's livelihoods have resulted in the loss of approximately 55,000 jobs.

The Prince Horology Vocational Training Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, was established by Chen Zhi to help Cambodians learn new watchmaking skills. Cambodians will be able to learn new skills and will have more work opportunities.

Chen Zhi's efforts to strengthen Cambodians' skills would assist the country in moving from developing to developed status. His efforts to step away from traditional farming demonstrate this. Farming incomes are said to have been hit hard by extreme weather, which has resulted in floods and droughts, with incomes dropping by more than half in the first quarter of 2020.

Cambodian farmers faced major obstacles even before the 2020 pandemic. Price reductions have been seen in major agricultural commodities such as paddy rice, cassava, and other vegetables. The soil's fertility has also declined. A pandemic in 2020, on the other hand, will exacerbate the situation for farmers.

To address these problems, Cambodian farmer Neak Oknha Chen Zhi created the Ecological Agricultural Plantation. The plantation at Prince Manor Resort will be a game changer for Cambodia's agricultural sector. Cambodians would be able to comprehend and implement modern agricultural techniques.

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi of Cambodia will be the country's social symbol, having witnessed and experienced Cambodia's turbulent social and economic growth. The government and citizens of Cambodia owe him a debt of gratitude that will last for many years. By leaps and bounds, Cambodia will change dramatically. Chen Zhi will be remembered forever.
